Insurance Broker
The Job:
In this role, you will assist clients with a full range of Autopac, personal and farm insurance services. Your responsibilities will include selling new policies, processing renewals, handling policy changes, and reviewing coverage options with clients.
On the personal and farm insurance side, you will assist clients with inquiries, complete annual policy reviews, prepare quotes and renewals, communicate with insurance underwriters, and manage changes or cancellations.
You will also play a key role in supporting clients through the claims process by gathering information, reporting claims, explaining procedures, and providing follow-up. In addition, you will monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, and explain financing options, setting up new payment contracts when required.

Account Executive - Personal Lines
The Job:
As an Account Executive working as part of our Personal Lines team, you will be responsible for selling personal lines products and servicing a book of personal lines business.
Your commitment to ongoing learning will ensure that you are able to provide clients with trusted and knowledgeable advice on home insurance products. Your care for clients will show as you support them in working through the claims process.
As part of our office team, you will also perform general office duties and assist with opening and closing as required.
